The Grace United Ministries family is housed in two separate church buildings. Napanee boasts a very large sanctuary with historically significant stained glass windows. The sanctuary can seat well over 300 people and has a recently renovated pipe organ and piano.

The Church sanctuary in Napanee is connected by elevator to the large church hall, with full kitchen and can accommodate up to 130 people. There also is a full nursery, Sunday School rooms, offices, music rooms and board meeting rooms.

Deseronto has a beautiful church, smaller than Napanee in size, but not in character. The sanctuary (including balcony) can comfortably seat up to 300 and is wheelchair accessible. Deseronto also has a pipe organ and piano.

Stover Hall is attached to the sanctuary and it houses Sunday School rooms, a Church office, a stage, and it will soon be home to the Karyn Milley Memorial Window. The hall has a well equipped kitchen and can host groups up to 130.
