Music plays an important role in the life of Grace United Ministries. We attempt to incorporate musical worship into all of our services in many different ways: choir anthems, vocal soloists, handbells, and guest musicians. Our musical ministry is led by our music director Lois Cossar, and Deseronto organist Annetta Tulloch. 

Senior Choir

This dedicated group of singers practices weekly on Thursday evenings, and leads music during the 10:30am Sunday worship in Napanee and during special services. The repertoire ranges from classical to contemporary choral anthems. We have a variety of experience levels and all who enjoy singing are welcome!

Men of the Steeple

This lively bunch of men are always a joy to hear. They rehearse Thursday evenings and lift their voices together several times a year both in the church and in the wider community.

Deseronto Choir

Our 9:00am Deseronto services are enriched by this group of singers. Led by Annetta Tulloch, they sing together introducing new hymns, singing old favourites and adding a special touch to the worship whenever they sing.

Junior Choir

Nothing enhances worship like the voices of children! We are grateful at Grace to have an eager bunch of young singers willing to make a joyful noise. Upcoming rehearsals are announced in church, and all young singers are welcome!

Grace Ringers

Our handbell choir is well-known throughout the area. They rehearse every Tuesday evening and provide music in worship both at Grace and by invitation at other churches in the area. They have attended ringing conventions and workshops, and non-ringers are always amazed at the beautiful sound created, and at how they can play so many bells at once.

Echoes of Grace

This smaller group of handbell players tackle some very challenging music. Each ringer is responsible for numerous bells and the concentration and skill demonstrated is a marvel! But the sound is inspiring!

Music Nights
